先生同士の連絡がなかなかうまくいきません。結局、また現地スタッフのJOCVに入ってもらうことになりました。
日本側からは、5月9日にテレビ会議をしたいというメールを送ったが、その返事がなかった。JOCVからもらったメールは以下のとおり。

How ever my opinion is different.
We have one hour for TV conference.
We can introduce?eachother , we can also?talk about enviromental issue around us.
(Ex. The differences of the conditions of our cities of 20years ago and now.?The students of?each country may ask to their teachers of the conditions of 20years ago . Then we can all shere the infomation.) What do you think about?
しかも、どんな内容についてテレビ会議をするか、ということに関しては、こちら側が「どうしますか？」とメールしたのに明確な返事がもらえなかった。

とあったので、K中学校も、テストということで準備を進める。（が、結局UNRWA側は生徒を連れてきていて、テストではなく、生徒とちゃんと交流がしたいと言っていた。すれ違いが多い）
なぜ、これほどすれ違いが起こるのかと考えたところ
１）教師同士の交流がちゃんとできない
・ 言葉の壁
・ 先生が忙しい
・ 時差があるためリアルタイムのコミュニケーションがとれない
・ UNRWA側は教師の独断で対応できない
２）コーディネータの力量
・ アートマイルでは、イブラヒムがしっかりしていて、時間を守る、日本のルールを知っている、活動の流れを最後まで把握している、支援の仕方をしっている、約束を守っていたが、カマルとハムゼは、なかなかそうはいかない。美術のスーパーバイザーであるイブラヒムは、こういった活動の意義ややり方をしっているが、カマルとハムゼは知らないので、なかなかそこが難しい。国際交流学習をする前には、そのためどうファシリテーションすべきかというワークショップなんかもしたほうがいいのだろうか。どうこの問題に取り組むかはかなり課題になる。
