5月9日のテレビ会議の調整

テレビ会議の調整は関大の院生がすることになりました。本来は先生同士でしてもらえたらベターなのですが、リアルタイムでないとなかなか決まらないこと、そしてリアルタイムでUNRWA側と連絡をとるには、学校の先生は時間の調整がつかないこと、アラビア語で調整したほうが早いで正確であるという３つの理由から、アラビア語ができる関大の院生を中心に調整することにしました。

テレビ会議で調整する前にテレビ会議で何について話したいかについて事前にメールを送りました。これはアートマイルで学んだことで、テレビ会議の前で「さて、何を話そうか」となると、結局決めるべきことが決まらないので、テーマについては事前に確認しておく必要があります。

3) What is the topic do you want to pick up in TV conference?
Students introduce themselves only? or they will show something in front of TV conference?
Let us know what is the objective you aim on the TV conference on 9th.
